### Installation

From a fresh Qbox build
1. Remove `qbx_apartments`
2. Remove `qbx_houses`
3. Either use no spawn system (so the core defaults to last location) or https://github.com/Qbox-project/qbx_spawn/

- Realtor job aspect. Simple command to make more properties. (steal more code from Tony)
  - Once house is sold, add option to add interaction points in the managemenu, e.g. clothing, stashes.
  - Besides buying options, figure out the rent stuff.
  - Adding multiple properties at the same location.
- Add decoration option in the managemenu. Use Gizmo.
- Garage options for properties and not apartments
